Voter Registration Opportunity

In Person - Ovid Township Clerk Office at the Ovid Township Hall 1015 Baese Court.

Mail-In - Voter registration forms are available on-line, and at the Township Clerk Office.  By law, voters registering by mail must appear in person at a polling place the first time they vote.

Any Secretary of State’s Office - Young adults may register to vote before they are eighteen (18), if they will be eighteen years old by the date of the election in which they wish to vote.  To be eligible to vote in an election, a person must be registered to vote in the proper jurisdiction at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the election.

Important Notice: Michigan Law requires that the same address be used for voter registration and driver's license purposes. Therefore, if the residence address you provide when registering to vote differs from the address shown on your Michigan driver's license or personal identification card, the Secretary of State will automatically update your driver's license or personal identification card address and mail you an address update sticker for your driver's license or personal identification card.
